Anaheim's Angel Stadium has real surrounding lots and a clear official tailgating page. Propane is the lane — charcoal and lot alcohol are not.

Must see / do

Around the park

  • Tailgating is only permitted in general (non-preferred) parking near the Big A, Orangewood, State College, and Douglass areas.
  • The Big A is the landmark — preferred lots are not the cookout zone.

Before first pitch

  • Parking lots open 2½ hours before first pitch. Early entry for a longer cookout is not permitted.
  • Angel Stadium Home Plate gate opens 2 hours before first pitch. Lots close 1 hour after the event. No overnight parking.

On the lot

  • Barbecues: only approved gas/propane units with fuel-valve turn-offs. No charcoal (Anaheim code).
  • Alcohol consumption in the parking lot is illegal under Anaheim ordinance. One vehicle per space. No in/out parking.
  • No catering trucks or on-site catering. No selling or soliciting on stadium property.
