These terms apply to your use of ilovetotailgate.com, including Tailgate Finds (the “site”), run by I Love To Tailgate (“ILTT,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using the site
You’re welcome to read, share, and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial game-day planning. Please don’t:
- copy or republish our content in bulk;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest the site, including to train AI or machine learning models, without our written permission;
- interfere with the site’s security or operation; or
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Our content
The text, photos, graphics, checklists, and design on this site, and the names I Love To Tailgate and Tailgate Finds and their logos, belong to us or our licensors. Linking to our pages and quoting short excerpts with credit and a link is fine. Anything more needs our permission.
Team, school, league, and venue names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any team, school, league, or venue.
General information only
Our guides, recipes, and gear advice are general information for planning a good tailgate. They are not professional, safety, medical, or legal advice. Use your own judgment with grills, open flames, propane, generators, heaters, and food safety, and follow product instructions and local laws.
Stadium, lot, and venue information
Parking, tailgating, and stadium rules change, sometimes week to week. We try to keep our guides current, but we don’t guarantee that lot hours, policies, prices, or other venue details are accurate or complete. Always check the venue’s official rules before you go.
Prices, deals, and products
Prices, discounts, and availability on Tailgate Finds and elsewhere on the site are accurate as of the time posted and can change at any time. The price at the retailer’s checkout is the one that counts. We don’t sell products. Your purchase is with the retailer, and their terms, warranties, and return policies apply. Deal scores and siren ratings are our opinion. See the Finds disclosure.
Alcohol and drinking games
Content about alcohol, cocktails, and drinking games is intended only for adults of legal drinking age (21 and over in the United States). Drink responsibly, follow venue alcohol rules, and never drink and drive.
What you send us
The site doesn’t host accounts or comments. If you send us a tip, photo, recipe, or lot story (by email or on social) and tell us it’s OK to share, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to edit and publish it on the site and our social channels, with credit where practical. You also confirm it’s yours to share. We won’t publish anything you ask us to keep private.
Links, ads, and third parties
The site links to retailers, venues, and other sites, and may show ads from third parties. We don’t control those sites or ads and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices. Some links are affiliate links. See our affiliate disclosure.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ILTT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, its content, or any product, deal, venue, or third-party site we mention or link to. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
