- State Fairgrounds Lot S108 is the rare remote that allows a tailgate and RVs, with a continuous shuttle from the St. Paul fairgrounds. The Oak, Church, and Washington ramps are not a tailgate, so use a surface lot or the fairgrounds if you want a setup.
