Your first lot kit

You don’t need a fourteen-foot trailer. You need shade, a surface, cold, fire, and a trash bag. Start there and add gear when the crew asks for it.

Shade and a surface

• Canopy with stakes or weights for your surface.
• One folding table for the spread.
• Chairs that fold small and stack in the car.

Cold and fire

• Cooler #1 drinks · cooler #2 food (or raw vs ready split).
• Grill + fuel + a wind-proof lighter.

Clean and fix

• Trash bags + wet wipes or a hand-wash setup.
• A small kit bag: tape, ties, a blade, a lighter — see Tailgate Kit.

Add later

Screens, generators, heaters, and a second canopy are flex gear. Run a few games on the basics first, then see what your crew actually misses.
