Michigan Stadium · Ann Arbor, MI
Saturday in Ann Arbor can start on the Diag and State Street, then the Champions lots, then the walk up to Michigan Stadium. Keep the setup behind the vehicle and inside one space.
Must see / do
Around campus
- The walk up to Michigan Stadium, the Big House, is the point. Public gates generally open 2 hours before kick on the A–Z, so confirm it that week.
- The Crisler Center edge has restrooms and the M Den on football Saturdays, and the hours depend on kick. The Diag and State Street are the optional stroll before you lock into a lot.
Before the game
- The M Club banner and the tunnel are the in-stadium team entry. Check whether you’re seeing it from a seat or the plaza, and don’t guess a lot-side clock.
- TheRide FootballRide is $1.50 from hotels, downtown, and parking structures to Gate 2. Champions East, Blue, and the Golf Course are prepaid. Pioneer, Ann Arbor Golf and Outing, Maize, and Brown are the day-of lots. Use DPSS and the inventory page, not a guess.
On the lot
- On the A–Z, tailgate gear stays behind the vehicle and inside one space. An LTP stall is 8 feet 9 inches by 18 feet, with that lot’s posted open time.
- Day-of lots and Waze live on DPSS football gameday parking. The inventory page is a lot list and rates. Space and hours are in the overview.

- The A–Z tailgating and parking notes, the LTP permit policy, and DPSS day-of lots are separate pages, so don’t treat them as one matrix.

- Public gates generally open 2 hours before kick, so confirm that week’s A–Z or gameday note.
The written rules and what an officer calls that Saturday aren’t always the same. Confirm yours the week of the game.
